Delivery Policy

You are required to fill all details on the checkout page. Please provide accurate details so that we can make sure we get your product to you.

Should you have any special requests please make sure you include these when filling out the checkout page.

DELIVERY AREAS:
Just For Pets delivers door to door throughout South Africa during business hours. Delivery costs and timeframes are provided below:

Local Areas* are Salt Rock, Durban, Winkelspruit, Pietermaritzburg and outlying local areas are Richards Bay, Port Edward and Nottingham Road.

Major Centres** are Johannesburg, Cape Town, Bloemfontein, Port Elizabeth, East London and George

Although we deliver nationally, no deliveries will be made to informal settlements. There may also be a surcharge for remote / outlying areas (e.g. remote farm). You will be notified of all applicable costs at checkout.

LATE DELIVERY:
The Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (“ECT Act”) entitles you to cancel your purchase within 7 days’ notice if the products you have purchased are not delivered within the agreed delivery period as specified in our terms and conditions. The product(s) in question must be returned to us in their original state. Any such cancellation must be done by emailing info@justforpets.co.za. We will then refund you as per our Refund Policy.


STOCK SHORTAGES:
Should a product you have ordered be:
Temporarily unavailable:

We will notify you and provide the anticipated delay in delivery.
You can agree:

  • to wait for such longer period for delivery; or
  • accept delivery of another product instead; or
  • we will issue a refund in respect of that product to you.

Permanently unavailable:

We will notify you and you can agree:

  • to accept another product instead; or
  • we will issue a refund in respect of that product to you.

Should you have redeemed a voucher or coupon against a product that is temporarily unavailable and you do not agree to an extended delivery period, or to accept delivery of another product instead, or the product is permanently unavailable and you do not agree to accept another product instead, Just For Pets will re-issue you with a replacement voucher to the same value, with the same voucher terms and conditions.
